Return & Exchange Policy

All of our pieces — including women’s necklaces, beaded necklaces, bracelets, and earrings — are carefully handmade using genuine gemstones and thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

As each item is handcrafted, we do not accept returns. However, if your jewelry requires repair or adjustment, we are happy to accept it for servicing and restoration.

We do not accept returns for Newborn Baby Boxes.
